Delivery Australia Wide:

Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders received before 3PM (EST) and Saturday before 1PM (EST). Some exceptions may occur if delivery is outside our local delivery area. To ensure same day delivery it is best to place your order the day before or before 1PM (EST) the day delivery is required. Please Note:

Delivery to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays or Public Holidays. These orders will be delivered the day before or after the requested date.

Delivery International:

Please Contact Us us for delivery outside of Australia or alternatively call us on (03) 9763 7852. Same day delivery is unavailable to other countries due to the time zone variations.

For orders placed before 1PM (EST), please allow one day for delivery, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Deliveries to remote countries and Country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.

Order Confirmations:

After placing an order, you will receive an online notification confirming your order. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you via email with an explanation or to request more information.

1. The price shown (similar to picture)

2. Deluxe (enhanced version of picture shown)

3. Balloon (adds a helium Balloon to the arrangement)

4. Chocolate (adds a box of chocolates to the arrangement)

5. Wine (adds a bottle of wine to the arrangement) 

Substitutions:

As we are in a seasonal industry, if particular flowers, containers or products are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent or greater value. In all cases, our utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as close as possible to your requested choice.
